At Romenesko & Romenesko Family Dental Studio, our priority is to deliver quality care to informed patients in a comfortable and convenient setting. We focus on educating patients regarding their dental options and help them make decisions that will benefit their overall health.
Dr. Rick established Romenesko Family Dentistry in 1978, with his brother, Dr. Jeff, establishing his own practice in the same building on Meade Street in 1981. They constructed the current building on Evergreen Drive in 2005, which now houses 14 operatories, 2 labs, several administrative offices, and a spacious reception area and waiting room. In 2015 Dr. Ben joined Dr. Jeff's practice after practicing in Madison, WI. And Dr. Theresa joined the practice following Dr. Jeff's retirement in 2021.
Based on a deep, personal belief in the importance of each patient's oral health, our staff pledges to provide the best dental care in a caring, compassionate, and comfortable environment. Gone is the fear and anxiety traditionally associated with going to the dentist.
We have a friendly and fun atmosphere where we treat our patients like family. 🪥 Routine Exams Cleanings
The ADA recommends patients visit their dentist at least once every 6 months to ensure proper oral health and functionality. Regular check-ups, cleanings, and maintenance help to prevent serious dental problems that may require more extensive and costly treatments.
👑 Crowns and Veneers
Crowns are used to 'cap' or cover a damaged tooth to provide strength and/or improve its appearance. A veneer is a layer of material placed over the visible part of a tooth to improve the aesthetics of a smile.
🪛 Implant Restorations
Refers to crowns, bridges and dentures which are either cemented, screwed or snapped onto dental implants. An impression of the implant is taken, allowing the dental laboratory to fabricate the implant restoration.

⚡️ Root Canals
When the dental pulp of a tooth becomes inflamed or infected from an injury or deep cavity, a root canal is typically performed. A small opening is made and the pulp is removed and filled with a material while the healthy outer structure of the tooth remains intact.
🦷 Teeth Whitening
Effectively restores the smile of people with stained, dull, or discolored teeth and can last as long as five years. The Zoom whitening process used in our office is not only proven to whiten teeth up to eight shades, it's also very safe.
🚨 Emergency Dentistry
Our goal is to help you minimize the risk of emergency treatment by designing a lifetime treatment plan that will help you to offset the possibility of unforseen pain or tooth breakage. However, in the event of a dental emergency we are always here for you.
😁 Dentures and Bridges
For patients missing some or all of their teeth we offer fixed partial dentures (bridges), flexible or metal framework partial dentures, and acrylic complete dentures. Dentures can help you to speak and eat with more ease and to appear younger by restoring your smile.

Dr. Benjamin
Romenesko, DDS
Dr. Ben is thrilled to be part of the family tradition of providing excellent dental care at Romenesko Family Dentistry. He graduated from Appleton's Xavier High School and continued his education at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He followed in the family tradition graduating cum laude from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2013 and practiced dentistry in the Madison area before moving back to Appleton in 2015. He likes to stay current on new, cutting-edge treatments in the dental field and has completed multiple certifications in Invisalign treatment and attended courses in California for complex implant restoration. Outside the office, Dr. Ben and his wife, Kate, are avid travelers and music fans. He also loves to grab a book and read with his daughter, Emma. "I am extremely proud and grateful to continue the excellent tradition of going above and beyond for the patients of Romenesko Family Dentistry."
Dr. Theresa Adamczyk, DDS
Dr. Theresa was born and raised in Norridge, IL. She graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago with a bachelor's in Biology and went on to pursue a Masters in Biotechnology at Rush University. After finishing her Master's degree she then went on to Marquette University School of Dentistry where she graduated Cum Laude in 2015. Following graduation she began working at Partnership Community Dental Clinic in the Fox Valley and joined our practice part-time in 2021. Dr. Theresa and her husband, Marvin, live in Appleton with their 3 children. In her free time, you can find Dr. Theresa spending time with her family and friends, chasing after the kids in the yard, or working on a craft project with her Cricut machine. She also enjoys rollerblading for exercise in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Dr. Jeffrey Romenesko, DDS
Dr. Jeff attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison and received his DDS degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1981. His professional interests include endodontics and cosmetic dentistry. “There is nothing more satisfying than relieving a patient’s symptoms and providing them with a healthy smile.” When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Jeff enjoys building things larger than teeth in his woodshop. He also enjoys golf, biking, reading, and entertaining. He is the lead singer in Baba Ghanooj, a local rock cover band. “I celebrated my 35th year in practice and reflecting on how much dentistry has changed gave me a sense of satisfaction in my choice of profession. Having family in the field is really a benefit for all of us, including patients, because there is always dialogue about treatment planning, treatment options, and the ever changing landscape of dental practice. It ensures that all of us remain current in the practice of dentistry.
